The ticket office will remain open until half an hour before the Museum closes. The eviction of the rooms starts 10 minutes before closing time of the Museum.

Special hours:
- Easter: from 10 to 20 h
- Christmas: 24 and Dec. 31 and Jan. 5: 10 to 15 h
26 to 30 December and 2-4 January: from 10 to 19 h
December 25, January 1 and 6 January: closed

The acquisition of the entry includes an audio guide service, available in nine languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Japanese and Chinese.

Free entry
Persons accredited disabilities registered unemployed in the SEPE, children up to 16 years inclusive (under 13 accompanied by an adult), holders of Youth Card Euro, students at the University of Malaga card, teachers accredited with the identification document Teacher Andaluz (DIPA card), ICOM members, free entrance on Sundays during the last two hours of opening.

In the case of free admission, audio guide service is priced at 1 euro.
